For a company in Amsterdam are we looking for a full time receptionist/Office Manager.
The Amsterdam team is a young team with 11 professionals and 2 assistants and will grow in the future.
What you’ll be doing
- Reporting guests to our reception and security department of the building;
- Greeting all visitors on their arrival to the office and notifying team members that the visitors have arrived;
- Serving refreshments for all visitors;
- Setting up and cleaning up meeting rooms; - Take care of representation of the office
- Order catering;
- Answering phone;
- Ordering weekly groceries;
- Organizing the regular mail
