For a company in Amsterdam are we looking for a full time receptionist/Office Manager.
The Amsterdam team is a young team with 11 professionals and 2 assistants and will grow in the future.

What you’ll be doing

  • Reporting guests to our reception and security department of the building;
  • Greeting all visitors on their arrival to the office and notifying team members that the visitors have arrived;
  • Serving refreshments for all visitors;
  • Setting up and cleaning up meeting rooms; - Take care of representation of the office
  • Order catering;
  • Answering phone;
  • Ordering weekly groceries;
  • Organizing the regular mail

Wie ben je?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Professional proficiency of the Dutch and English language;
  • Proactive team player;
  • No 9am – 5pm attitude;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
