- Telephone attention: receiving, making, and filtering calls:
- Travel organization:
- Executive committee organization:
- Preparation of reports, presentations, or similar documentation requested:
- Support for the preparation of internal communication of the company at the local and international level:
- Archive and control of sensitive and confidential documentation:
- Coordination of teleconferences and video conferences:
- Collaboration and coordination with all departments:
- Various administrative tasks: expense reports, travel documents, etc:
- Support in logistics and preparation of required means during the meeting:
- Event organization:
- Contact and negotiation with suppliers.
