We are looking for an Personal Assistant to support a stakeholder who is working from both Utrecht and Copenhagen for an international corporate organization. You will act in a central, confidential and coordinating role. This dynamic position requires the ability to take initiative, think critically and provide sophisticated calendar management for the designated stakeholder. You will act as an ‘’barometer’’ where you will maintain open communication with the rest of the team of personal assistants.

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for the partner
  • Priorities inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts
  • Arrange and handle all logistics for meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas;
  • develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the partner's ability to effectively lead the Utrecht office and fulfill his investment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters

As an personal assistant you are a professional demeanor and have a strong work ethic. You do have the ability to use own initiative and have excellent interpersonal communication skills. You feel very strong with administrative processes and project proactively and independently.   • Works well in a (cross-functional) team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum HBO work and thinking level
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Ability to prioritize and act proactively
