Wat ga je doen?

Support of department:
Responsible for all administrative support regarding travel arrangements, expense notes, agenda management, presentations and contact lists for the team & Division head.
Sets up a customer profile of all clients to determine the importance of every client.

Marco/Marketing support:
Follow up of day to day marketing operations and internal & external communication.
Follow up of complains of consumers about division/department activities together with the legal department. Organizing 2 times a year Department strategy day's

Budget Management:
Responsible for the management of the budget by creating budget codes , implementing them in the correct system, creating an approval path, checking & approving all invoices and informing the department when needed.

Agenda:
Responsible for agenda of the IT Director
