We are looking for a Corporate & Management Assistant, who will focus on providing support to the Management team with respect to arranging travel, expense management and events planning, and performing corporate housing and administrative tasks. The position will provide the opportunity to work for a private equity real estate firm with exposure to a small and highly experienced team of global professionals. The position will be located Amsterdam at the Zuidas.
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders;
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling, including organizing meetings and travel arrangements;
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other documents as needed;
- Maintain and organize confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
- Serve as a proactive problem-solver, identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise;
- Actively participate in meetings and provide input as a trusted advisor.
